Durham"},"content":{"rendered":"<p align=\"justify\">Dye &amp; Durham today announced that it has entered into an agreement with an underwriting syndicate led by Scotia Capital Inc., Canaccord Genuity Corp. and BMO Capital Markets (collectively, the \u201c<strong>Underwriters<\/strong>\u201d) to complete a new issue (the \u201c<strong>Offering<\/strong>\u201d), on a bought deal basis, of an aggregate of\u00a08,600,000 common shares at a purchase price of C$20.35 per common share for aggregate gross proceeds of C$175 million.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">The Company has also granted the Underwriters an over-allotment option, exercisable for a period of 30 days from the date of the closing of the Offering, to purchase up to an additional 15% of the aggregate common shares to be sold pursuant to the Offering.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.globenewswire.com\/news-release\/2020\/11\/11\/2125082\/0\/en\/Dye-Durham-Announces-175-Million-Bought-Deal-Offering-of-Common-Shares.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Read full Press Release<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Dye &amp;
