TORONTO<\/span><\/span>,\u00a0Aug. 14, 2023<\/span><\/span>\u00a0\/CNW\/ – Dye & Durham Limited (“Dye & Durham<\/b>” or the “Company<\/b>“) (TSX:\u00a0DND<\/a>) announced today that, in connection with the Company’s ongoing substantial issuer bid (the “Offer<\/b>“), the Ontario Securities Commission (the “OSC<\/b>“) has granted an exemptive relief order permitting Dye & Durham to extend the Offer, if it determines to do so, without first taking up any 3.75% convertible senior unsecured debentures due\u00a0March 1, 2026<\/span>\u00a0(the “Debentures<\/b>“) previously deposited.<\/p>\n

The Company does not anticipate extending the Offer, and the expiration of the Offer remains\u00a05:00 PM (Eastern Time)<\/span>\u00a0on\u00a0August 30, 2023<\/span>. In the event the Offer is extended, the Company will provide a further news release announcing such extension.<\/p>\n
